Torsion Nut K/ZK
Torque management nuts that prevent human error. They help prevent forgetting to tighten and maintain the tightening torque within the appropriate range.
When the cap set on the nut reaches the appropriate torque, the inner claws break, and the cap spins freely to indicate that the installation is complete. A capped state indicates that installation is not yet complete. The work is finished when the cap is removed and the nut is exposed. This prevents not only forgetting to tighten or insufficient tightening but also seizing due to over-tightening. It is possible to tighten with the appropriate torque using only an impact wrench, without the need for a torque wrench or special tightening machinery.
